Simply Nourished MC is owned by Melissa Fabian. Melissa is wife to Matthew and mom to Lily, Sam & Paul. They have lived in Mason City since 2018. Healthy, local foods have always been part of their family's routine and Melissa jumped at the chance to make organic & gluten free food more accessible in Mason City. Simply Nourished MC opened April 2021.
